Why an online price list would mislead you
Two ceiling repairs the same size can differ by a factor of three depending on height, texture, and whether the cause is fixed. A published number would either be so high it scares people off or so low it becomes a bait figure we'd have to walk back on site.
Estimates here are free, and for most repairs we can give you a real number from clear photos and a short phone call.
Size and number of areas
A single small patch and five small patches in the same house are not five times the price. Most of the cost in a small repair is the trip and the setup, so grouping repairs into one visit is the single easiest way to lower what you pay.
If you've been living with a list of small things, get them all on one estimate.

Ceiling versus wall
Ceiling work costs more per square foot than wall work, every time. Compound sags overhead so coats go on thinner and there are more of them, and the whole job is done from stilts or staging.
Ceiling height matters too. A repair at nine feet and the same repair in a two-story foyer are different jobs.
Texture matching
A smooth wall is the cheapest surface to repair. Knockdown, orange peel, and stomp all require sampling and a test board. Hand-trowel and older custom textures take the longest to dial in and cost the most, because getting it wrong is worse than not matching at all.
Water damage and hidden conditions
Water work carries drying time and unknowns behind the board: wet insulation, rusted fasteners, more damage than the stain showed. A responsible quote for water damage is scoped after the cavity is opened and read with a meter.
Access, visits, and painting
Furniture that has to be moved, a tight stairwell, or a room we can only work in during certain hours all add labor. So does every extra coat: a three-coat repair is three trips.
Painting is usually a separate cost. We finish to paint-ready and prime the repair; matching existing wall color across a whole room is a painter's job, and we can recommend people we trust.
Getting a real number
Text or email photos of the damage with something for scale, plus a note on ceiling height and texture type. We'll come back with either a firm price or a clear reason we need to see it in person.
